Job Description
Responsibility:
Mass production daily operation for Taiwan outsource product
Role
1.Production plan achievement
2.Quality Improvement Activity
3.Disposition for Anomaly and Nonconformity mass production
4.Prevention Activity for Anomaly and Nonconformity mass production
5.Activity for Cost down (Test Yield Improvement Activity etc)
6.New product and project launching support
Outsource and Japan engineering support
Qualifications
Required skills
-Knowledge of semiconductors in general ( WP- WT -ASSY - FT) Semiconductor operating principle, test principle
-Mass production management knowledge
-Communication skills (with Outsource and RENESAS Japan members); required N2 level
