Mid-East Career and Technology Centers Bus Driver/Custodian in Zanesville, Ohio
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. Be able to meet all criteria established by the State of Ohio for Bus Driver Certification. Pass a BCI and FBI background check. Possess aptitude and personality conducive to working around students and educational personnel. Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Board may find appropriate and acceptable.
Responsibilities:
Follow all regulations covered in the Ohio Pupil Transportation Laws and Regulations. Comply with board policy regarding field trips and transportation to and from off-campus clinical facilities and job sites. Operate assigned vehicle in a safe and efficient manner. Work safely and identify safety hazards. Remove snow, ice, debris from walks, steps and entry ways. Required tasks such as floor care, emptying and cleaning waste/trash receptacles. Cleaning restrooms and cafeteria dining areas. Other duties as assigned.
