Adecco Healthcare is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Clinical Director to join our client's team at their Behavioral Health Hospital in Yuma, AZ - 85365.

Shift

  • Monday-Friday: 9am-5pm

  • Rotating on-call, mostly a phone call, on-site in rare, crisis situations.

  • Needed flexibility with crisis situations.

Salary

  • $104,000-$115,000

  • On call stipend is $670 per month as well

Requirements

  • Independent license highly preferred (LPC/LCSW).

  • Must have behavioral health and substance abuse experience.

  • Crisis experience with this population is necessary as well as the ability to remain calm in high-stress and dramatic situations.

  • Experience needs to be specifically with patient care in substance abuse, and crisis settings.

  • Must be comfortable with managing a diverse group of employees.

  • Large team experience.

  • Flexibility with schedule.

Job Summary

  • Provide clinical supervision, in accordance with requirements set forth by the Arizona Administrative Code as well as the Office of Behavioral Health Licensure, to assigned staff, including clinicians licensed at the associate or masters level, agency supervisors and managers and Peer Support Specialists.

  • In accordance with R9-20-205, implements, monitors and complies with the plan for clinical supervision, ensuring that clinical supervisions address the treatment of all clients.

  • Ensures that all assigned supervisees receive a minimum of four (4) hours of clinical supervision per calendar month, in accordance with R9-20-205 (D).

  • Supervision may be completed on an individual or group basis and may include clinical supervision in response to an incident, emergency safety response or debriefings after a restraint of seclusion if applicable.

  • Ensures that clinical supervision includes, in accordance with R9-20-205€, reviewing and discussing client behavioral health issues, behavioral health services, or records; recognizing and meeting the unique treatment needs of clients

  • Utilized information gained from review of Significant Events and Incident Reports as well as form situations resulting in consultation with the clinical on-call to identify areas and topics of supervision for assigned supervisees.

  • Completes, maintains and tracks documentation of all clinical supervision sessions in accordance with R9-20-205 (F).

  • Other duties as assigned by supervisory and/or administrative support.
