Vontier Product Owner in Yakum, Israel

Define and manage the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with customer needs, industry trends, and company's business opportunities.

Manage product lifecycle from New Product Introduction (NPI) to End of Life (EOL), including component phase-outs, engineering change notifications, pricing, revenue, and profit.

Collaborate with R&D teams to develop new products and added features.

Analyze customer requests, feedback, and insights to inform product improvements and innovation.

Facilitate internal processes across various departments to ensure seamless product development and delivery.

Generate and maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for internal and external stakeholders.

Visit customers and subsidiaries to conduct market research and competitive analysis, informing the setting of short- and mid-term goals for the product roadmap.

Develop customer-specific solutions with pre-sales and post-sales technical support, feasibility verification, product proposals, and project management throughout the entire development process.

Work closely with marketing to develop product launch plans and create compelling marketing collateral, training materials for sales teams and customers.

Track product performance, analyze outcomes, and adjust plans to optimize product success.

Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. MBA is an advantage.

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a product manager in global high-tech companies selling software and hardware solutions.

Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams, take initiative, and deliver solid execution of responsibilities with excellent communication skills.

Strong technological and business background with a proven track record and ability to execute.

Experience in system design and architecture is an advantage.

Proven analytical skills and decision-making based on quantitative and qualitative data.

Experience in writing product feature definition documentations (PRS/MRD), user flows, screen mockups.

Ability to manage cross organization projects as the focal point between sales, account managers, R&D, engineering and operations.

Excellent presentation skills and proficiency in English, enabling leading meetings with global teams and customers.

Proven ability to analyze the market, competitors, and trends to inform product strategies.

Willingness and ability to travel customer sites.

Experience in the Automotive business and payment industry is an advantage.
