As a Senior Process Specialist in MDM area, you will be providing services towards our master data solutions. Our solutions aim to establish a single source of truth, serving as the global data foundation for Boehringer Ingelheim.
You will be part of our sprint team, which drives the lifecycle of our solutions every day, including its maintenance and continuous improvement. Each sprint cycle must ensure a properly tested, documented, and validated solution, in which you will play an important role.
In close collaboration with the product owners, validation managers, and developers, you will ensure that all requirements have been implemented and delivered correctly.
Tasks & responsibilities
Create and conduct (automated) test cases for our master data products within SAP MDG
Identify, report, and manage test defects during test case execution
Assist your team by updating the system lifecycle documentation of our master data products, including User Requirement Specification, Functional Specification and Risk Assessment
Contribute to the team’s success through effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders
Continuously improve our validated processes and systems by identifying opportunities and proposing solutions
Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability by supporting your team in other tasks as needed.
About our future employee
You are fluent in English and have relevant work experience of at least 4 years.
Additionally, we are looking for:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, computer science, or a related field, or have professional experience with equivalent training in test or data management
Demonstrate the ability to work effectively within a self-managed team, showcasing strong intercultural awareness and a systematic approach that prioritizes high-quality outcomes
Familiarity with SAP MDG, HP ALM, SAP Solution Manager, or test automation (e.g., Tosca) is beneficial
Experience in master data, particularly within the pharmaceutical industry, is advantageous
Working with agile methodologies (e.g. SCRUM, Kanban) or tools like JIRA is a plus
Willingness to occasionally travel to our headquarters in Ingelheim.
