About the job

We are currently looking for a seasoned Project Manager to join our Program Management Office team. The ideal candidate should have experience in Project Management, B2B partner management and a technical background. Communication skills are essential as the role will require frequent interactions with our business partners.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Leading and supporting partnership engagements

  • Participating calls and on-site meetings with our partners

  • Monitoring and documenting of the projects

  • Providing regular status updates to all stakeholders

  • Cross-departmental coordination of the activities

  • Securing timely delivery and achievement of key milestones

  • Facilitation of the efforts on Opera side

  • Prioritizing and scheduling activities to meet multiple partner needs

  • Monitoring key KPIs

  • Supporting multiple partners / engagements

Job Requirements:

  • Experience in IT sector 5+ years

  • At least 3 years of experience on Project / Program Management position (or similar)

  • Experience with partnership management and B2B projects

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Strong technical background and understanding (technical studies, programming, etc.)

  • High familiarity with web technologies and standards

  • Self-driven and motivated to achieve goals independently

  • Proactive in identifying and solving problems
