Description
We are providing an exciting opportunity for a skilled Accounting Clerk to join our team in Worcester. As an Accounting Clerk, your key role will involve handling customer inquiries, maintaining detailed customer records, and ensuring efficient processing of customer applications.
Responsibilities
• Accurately carry out data entry of payroll information and distribute payroll accordingly
• Handle phone communications as required, providing excellent customer service
• Greet guests professionally and assist with their needs
• Generate invoices in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in billing
• Perform account reconciliation tasks to maintain accurate customer credit records
• Utilize QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel to maintain and update financial records
• Assist in the filing of insurance claims to ensure they are processed and resolved efficiently
• Maintain organized and up-to-date employee files
• Manage cash receipts and perform collection tasks when necessary
• Undertake accounts receivable tasks to ensure all financial transactions are accounted for..
Requirements • Proficiency in Account Reconciliation is required.
• Must have experience in handling Accounts Receivable (AR).
• Demonstrated ability to perform Billing tasks accurately.
• Proficiency in Data Entry is necessary.
• Experience in Invoice Processing is a must.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required.
• Experience in using QuickBooks is necessary.
