Die Setter: Perform tooling set up. Engage in light die maintenance along with operating machines. Knowledge and adherence to the quality operating system requirements. Utilize calipers, micrometers, gages and SPC to ensure quality. Complete paperwork required. Perform set up and first piece inspections. Perform minor repair and maintenance on machines. Perform light die maintenance including but not limited to die sharpening. Follow all safety procedures and wear protective gear as applicable. Operate fork lift, pallet jack, two wheeler amongst other shop equipment. Troubleshoot issues with equipment. Maintain clean and safe workspace. 1 year experience
