Description

We are currently working with local clients for ongoing opportunities seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Representative. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in merchant services, credit card processing, or a similar industry. This role involves actively seeking out new sales opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth.

This position is 100% onsite in the San Fernando Valley. No remote options available for this position.

Other responsibilities as assigned:

  • Identify and target potential clients through various channels including cold calling, networking, and referrals.

  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of leads.

  • Conduct comprehensive sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.

  • Effectively communicate the features and benefits of our payment solutions.

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.

  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop new strategies and refine existing processes.

  • Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and contracts.

  • Negotiate terms and conditions to close sales deals effectively.

  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.

  • Provide feedback to the management team regarding market developments and customer needs.

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions in the CRM system.

  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market feedback.

    Requirements

  • Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the merchant services, credit card processing, or related industry.

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant sales experience.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.

  • Strong understanding of payment processing solutions and financial technology.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
