Description
We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Sage 100 Training Consultant to provide personalized training to one individual. This role offers the flexibility of remote work and adjustable hours to suit both the consultant's and the trainee's schedules. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Sage 100 and proven experience in training others.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver one-on-one training sessions on Sage 100 to a designated trainee.
Customize training materials and sessions based on the trainee’s specific needs and skill level.
Provide hands-on demonstrations and practical exercises to enhance learning.
Address any questions and troubleshoot issues the trainee may encounter.
Monitor the trainee’s progress and adjust training methods as necessary.
Offer post-training support and resources to ensure continued learning and application.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Extensive experience with Sage 100, including setup, configuration, and daily operations.
Proven experience in training or teaching, preferably in a one-on-one setting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
Strong problem-solving skills and patience.
Previous consulting experience (preferred).
