Primary Responsibilities:
Train and on-board new employees
Attend EPIC Super User Meetings
Perform duties of an EPIC Super User
Train new employees
Act as a change agent
Assist training team with any new policy or work flow as directed by supervisor
Lead by example on a daily basis and promote positivity
Spend 80% of the time working the front line and 20% of time performing team lead duties
Work onsite daily
Check-in/check-out patient appointments and update patient registration demographics as needed
Work as a Kiosk Promoter
Collect Copays and outstanding balances
Total End-Of- Day Copay Report
Schedule patient appointments and procedures
Collaborate with the clinical team with scheduling requests
Answer priority telephone line, message physicians and relay messages to other providers and clinical team as needed
Communicate requests from clinical staff and leadership to access leadership prior to taking action
Gather data for measures of success
Collaborate with supervisor on meeting agendas and assist with staffing and attendance for huddles
Send out weekly email update to the team
Assist with presenting team meetings
Assist with When I Work schedule
Enter schedule patterns
Approve open shifts that do not exceed 40 hours per week unless approved by leader
Update schedule changes

Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma/GED (or higher)
1+ year Prior EPIC experience
18 years of age or older
Ability to stand 4 hours at time as a Kiosk Promoter
Ability to sit at desk majority of the day for 8 hour shift
