JOB REQUIREMENTS: Bedtime Care Provider (Short Shifts) Are you a compassionate caregiver looking for a few extra hours? Are you a night owl willing to assist someone into bed for a good night\'s rest? Wage \$16.32 / Hour Hours of Need 10:15 pm 11:45 pm 5 - 7 Nights per week Let us know your availability Other pick-up shifts may also be available Tasks - Assist with nighttime needs - Toileting assistance (1-person pivot transfer) - Assist with getting into bed - Set out clothes for the next day Ideal Candidate - Experienced and compassionate with personal care and transfers - Familiar with the unique needs of individuals with cerebral palsy. - Must have a reliable vehicle to get to work. - Favorable Caregiver Background Check - Pet Friendly (both dog and cat) Regular Daily In-Home Schedule (for reference only) - 8:30 am 10:30 am - 5:30 pm - 7:00 pm, - 10:30 pm 11:45 pm. Community Horizons offers support for individuals enrolled in self-directed programs through Managed Care Organization or IRIS (Include, Respect, I Self-Direct) throughout Wisconsin. Self-direction gives program participants the choice over who provides services and how they receive them.
