SERVICE FIRST STAFFING Auto Mechanic in WISCONSIN RAPIDS, Wisconsin
JOB REQUIREMENTS: Currently we are looking to grow our Service team! The ideal candidate we are looking for will be responsible for the bumper to bumper repair and routine maintenance of auto & light trucks including diagnosing and repairing of engines, transmissions, electrical systems, clutches, differentials, and drivelines Some of the Duties and Responsibilities are: Perform all levels of service of Auto, Light Trucks, and intermittently misc. equipment Diagnose and identify warrantable repairs and document on repair order Provide detailed estimates and/or explanation on technical diagnoses for prior approval to commencing work, to maintain excellent customer service internal & external. Test drive vehicles to ensure mechanical soundness and to determine whether any other problems exist Assisting other technicians in performing technical activities Learning new technical information and techniques in relevant training in order to stay abreast of rapidly changing automotive technology Maintain work area appearance and safety ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Lift up to 50 lbs Ability to bend, stand, & kneel for longer periods of time High school diploma or GED preferred Valid driver\'s license preferred ASE certification preferred but not required Provide own mechanical tools is a must Dependable and self motivated with excellent attendance history Ability to follow directions with little supervision Strong electrical and computer background Knowledge of equipment, and ability to operate diagnostic tools as required Ability to operate Mitchell1/Shopkey is a plus. ***** APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS: E-Mail a Rsum: Tracyk@service1ststaffing.com Call For Appointment: 715-898-1275 This position is listed by a private employment agency.
