Country Place Senior Living Secondary Cook in Winfield, Alabama
Description:
Prepare meals according to guidelines at an assisted living facility
Required Skills/Education: Experience cooking for large crowds (30+ people) is required. Applicants must provide two (2) types of ID for pre-hiring process. High School Diploma or GED required.
Schedule: 32 - 40 hours a week; work every other weekend. Shift time includes 6:30a-2:30p, 2:30p-6:30p, or 6:30a-6:30p. Should be able and willing to work flexible hours, such usemergency situations.
Salary/Benefits:Starting salary is $11/hr. Benefits are offered after 60 days.
Duties:
- Preparefoods according to a menu plan and schedule
- Follow specific recipes and nutritional guidelines and needs for residents.
- Perform manual dish-washing before loading dishes into separate dish-washing machine.
- Maintainorganized and sanitary dish-washing area.
- Utilize proper food handling.
- Perform all other duties assigned by the administrator or supervisor in charge.
