In this role, you will:
Work and collaborate with cross-functional partners to build and maintain digital marketing content
Publish digital marketing content via various internal content management systems (Tridion, WordPress, AEM, Adobe Target)
Provide subject matter expertise to marketing business partners on channel execution strategy
Day-to-day project management and business analysis for campaign execution activities
Providing user acceptance testing and communication with marketing managers
Partner with technology and support partners to drive issue resolution with campaigns
Partner with technology development and product teams to build and support content testing for expansion of capabilities
Required Qualifications:
- 4+ years of Marketing Production experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
Digital content execution experience across multiple content management platforms (SDL Tridion, WordPress, AEM)
Strong understanding of Accessibility Standards and testing for web content
Experience with HTML
Experience with supporting test content needs
Experience in financial services or banking ideal, but not required
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communications skills
Relationship management skills with the ability to build strong trusted relationships with business partners
Ability to manage in a matrixed organization environment
Proven ability to work in a fast paced, changing environment that values results
Project management experience
Ability to simultaneously lead multiple projects
Self-motivated and can work independently with limited guidance
Quick learner that can learn processes and technical details
Strong collaboration and partnering skills with all levels of the organization

Delaware Wilmington 106,300- 188,900
St Louis Missouri 96,600- 171,800
West Des Moines IA 96,600- 171-800
Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$84,000.00 - $179,200.00
