Job Description
We are seeking a Bilingual Production Manager to ensure the smooth operation of our Assembly and Dispatch Area. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing team training, managing daily reports, and ensuring all positions are covered year-round. The role requires excellent communication skills, a commitment to continuous improvement, and the ability to work extended hours as needed.
Essential Skills
Experience in production, supervision, assembly, and safety.
Proven leadership and management skills.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to coach, develop, motivate, and build effective team relationships.
Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
Problem-solving abilities with a focus on identifying improvement opportunities.
Self-motivated with the ability to manage both teams and individuals effectively.
Knowledge of Health & Safety regulations, specifically OSHA standards.
Strong planning and organizational skills.
Experience in production supervision, manufacturing operations, and manufacturing processes.

Shift:
Monday-Friday 7am-3:30pm with overtime
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $70000.00 - $82000.00/yr.
