Job Description
As an Associate Director, Sales Operations ( Operational Systems ) , you will lead and advance our FCC Division sales organization’s systems and tools to a best-in-class ecosystem that will enable continuous growth within our business. This role combines strategic responsibilities, governance, process improvement, and hands-on technical expertise to drive systems management, support, innovation, and evolution. The role will serve as a liaison between our core functional Sales & Marketing groups and will work closely with Global Business Services leadership on our road map and company initiatives.
Hybrid : Eight days a month we come together in the closest office within 50 miles to experience the value of connecting with colleagues. You will report to the Director, Sales Operations and work under the leadership of the Vice President, Sales Operations. *Required Job Qualifications (minimum): *
5+ years’ experience in sales/revenue operations in a B2B SaaS environment.
Extensive Salesforce .com experience including CPQ implementation and management
Excellent project management
Advanced Salesforce.com certification
Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, or related field.
*Preferred Job Qualifications: *
MBA or advanced degree, preferred
Strong experience with Marketing Automation tools like Marketo & Eloqua preferred
Experience with implementation and scaling of a data governance process, preferred
Travel : Upon Business Demand (3-4 Annual Trips)
*Essential Duties and Responsibilities *
Leading a team of analysts or administrators that support the Sales Organizations needs
Developing the strategy to ensure our systems portfolio adequately supports the needs of the business while ensuring our solutions are built to scale.
Assisting with the management of the sales technology budget.
Owning vendor evaluation, communication, and selection.
Staying up to date on the latest sales systems and technologies.
Assisting with system implementations, ongoing systems management, and all necessary systems documentation.
Identifying gaps in our current tech stack and articulating compelling business cases for system enhancements using impact and ROI analysis.
Managing new releases to ensure the latest features, capabilities, and updates are implemented into all systems.
Handling day-to-day administration of systems including end-user support, access, error troubleshooting, workflow, and process management.
Managing End-User UAT function across sales teams while personally assisting with hands-on UAT for all systems.
Collaborating with the Enablement team to ensure alignment, adoption, value delivery, and change management of systems and processes.
Assisting with additional Sales Operations duties and tasks including, but not limited to, reporting and dashboards, analysis, enablement and training, and executive presentations.
Completing annual Risk Assessments for all tools implemented by sales operations
