Responsibilities
As our Area Sales Director, you will:
Lead & Inspire: Oversee sales and admissions for six centers in Kansas.
Drive Growth: Implement strategies to boost business in your area.
Develop Talent: Train and mentor your sales team to achieve excellence.
Build Relationships: Cultivate strong connections with key decision-makers.
Innovate & Excel: Identify new business opportunities and maintain high standards.
Qualifications
Ability to work with individuals at all levels both within the organization and with outside contacts.
Adequate computer skills for required data entry, reports and communication.
Have or develop an understanding of financial options for Skilled Nursing coverage in order to explain options to potential patients/residents and family members.
Comply with HIPAA as this position may have access to protected health information in the resident’s clinical and financial records, to conduct job duties.
