PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS BS in Materials Science & Engineering/Metallurgical/Ceramics Engineering, Automation, Mechanical, or Manufacturing Engineering preferred. Previous internship or co-op experience in a manufacturing environment or lab environment. Knowledge of MS Office and Excel, excellent written and oral communication skills, able to work in a self-directed or team environment and have good organizational skills. Working knowledge of statistical analysis. Knowledge/exposure to facilities engineering Demonstrated technical ability through classwork and projects. Ability to work with and lead a team. Knowledge of Six Sigma or lean manufacturing. Desire to work in an advanced manufacturing environment. Strong analytical abilities.
