Description

Continuum Apartments is currently seeking a Service Manager responsible for overseeing 596-unit Class A property with two residential towers and extensive amenities in White Plains, NY.

Interested candidates should possess the following skills, experience, and qualifications:

  • At least 5 years maintenance experience in residential high-rise property management, and at least 3 years of supervisory experience.
  • Experience maintaining new high-rise product types: construction / lease up experience preferred.
  • Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fire protection, elevators, and energy/ building automation system management systems (low pressure boiler and water source heat pump experience preferred).
  • A track record of building, developing & retaining high performance maintenance teams.
  • A track record of building & maintaining strong relationships with residents, ownership groups, and vendors.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written & verbal.
  • Experience using Yardi or other Property Management Software.
  • The ability to use computer and email effectively.
  • A sharp, professional appearance.
