This hybrid position is located at our corporate office in Westmont, IL and requires 3-4 days a week onsite.

The Senior Analyst Accounts Receivable role would include Developing and Tracking KPI’s and auditing Accounts Receivable report bi-weekly, understanding the business and key drivers, performing research and analytics as required to help drive sound business decisions and drive bottom line growth, and mentoring the 2 Accounts Receivable analysts on the AR Team who are reporting to the Senior Analyst Accounts Receivable. This role reports to our Accounts Receivable Manager on the AR Team. Responsibilities

  • Ability to provide good customer service and address complaints promptly

  • Knowledge in Finance systems

  • Business acumen of the Accounts Receivable Sales/Revenue process

  • Expertise in calculating account balances, adjustments, and Refunds

  • Extensive understanding of how banking and finance systems work together

  • Knowledge of company products, product pricing, and sales policies

  • Reconcile variances between different reporting systems

  • Provide day-to-day support for our shop locations and operational leadership teams

  • Review and analyze large volumes of data with the ability to produce findings then translate in an easily digestible way for multiple levels of leadership

  • Build and foster relationships throughout the organization, creating an environment of collaboration

  • Assist in process implementation and project manage initiatives from a financial perspective

Qualifications

  • 0-3 years Finance or Accounting experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required

  • Experience with Microsoft Office (emphasis on Microsoft Excel)

  • Good communication skills both verbal and written

  • Detail oriented with good organizational and analytical skills

  • Strong self-motivated team player
