We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Senior Marketing Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker and hands-on executor who excels in content creation, event planning, campaign management, and marketing automation. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation through innovative and data-driven marketing initiatives. Situated in Westmont, ILL, you will be the US marketing point person for events in the Americas and HQ customer communications.
- Develop and execute content strategies that align with business objectives
- Manage blog posts, email communication, assist with campaigns, and social media content
- Optimize content for SEO and audience engagement
- Plan, coordinate, and execute in-person and virtual events (Zoom/HubSpot), webinars, and trade shows
- Collaborate with internal global teams and external partners to ensure event success
- Track and analyze event performance to optimize future efforts
- Develop and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition and retention
- Align messaging across digital, social, email, and paid media channels
- Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies based on data insights
- Manage and optimize marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot)
- Use reports and dashboards to track campaign success and attribution
- Set up email nurture campaigns, lead scoring, and audience segmentation
- Work with sales teams to ensure smooth lead handoff and conversion tracking
- Identify new marketing opportunities and trends to enhance brand visibility
- Work cross-functionally with sales, product, and applications engineering teams
- Measure and report on KPIs to ensure ROI-driven marketing strategies
What You Will Bring
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field is required
- 2+ years of experience in a marketing role with a strong focus on content, events, campaigns, and automation
- Proficiency in marketing automation (e.g. HubSpot, Pardot) and Salesforce platforms
- Strong writing and editing skills
- Experience managing B2B campaigns across multiple channels
- Ability to work independently and drive initiatives with minimal supervision
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret marketing data
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs. for show packing/shipments
- Excellent project management skills and attention to detail
