Duties: Research, design, and develop software. Analyze user needs and implement solutions. Develop browser-based enterprise grade software for Unity Suite platform. Build and extend Cityworks frameworks and platform. Provide technical expertise to other developers. Interface with project and client implementation teams. Direct database development and administration. Design and program database tables, views, and stored procedures. Operate the latest DB debugging and tools. Develop UI utilizing client and server-side communications including AJAX requests posts and JSON services. Lead team of developers and review technical product of subordinate team.
Telecommuting is permitted 100%. Position reports to company HQ in Westminster, CO.
Requirements: Position requires a Master's degree in Applied Computer Science, Database Administration, Information Technology, or related field and 3 years of experience in a related occupation. Must include some experience in each of the following: 1) Identifying defects in C#, .Net, Angular, Javascript, and Client & Server side applications. 2) Mentoring and guiding senior-level developers to implement stable robust systems. 3) Object-oriented programming skills including Polymorphism, Inherence, Interfaces, Encapsulation, and Abstraction. 4) Database Architectural skills (SQL Server, Oracle, Stored Procedures, Cursors, Parameterized Functions, Complex Views and Joins, Foreign keys, and Constraints). 5) Cloud computing and containerized solutions (Kubernetes Services, Docker, Micro Services, Kafka, and CI/CD Pipelines). 6) Web application development skills (Visual Studio, C++, C#, ASP.NET, jQuery, Typescript, MVC, CSS, XML, SXLT, HTML, SOAP, JSON, and open-source).
