TAD PGS, Inc. SMT Machine Operator in Westminster, Colorado
We have an outstanding Contract position for anSMT Machine Operatorto join a leading Company located in theWestminster, COsurrounding area.
Pay Rate: $19.00 - $22.00
Job Responsibilities:
SMT machine operations to assemble electronic PCBs, including fine pitch SMT and through-hole soldering.
Working in a manufacturing atmosphere using teambuilding, SPC, and Demand Flow concepts.
Maintain and meet production requirements through Team scheduling and quality meetings.
Problem solving within a team environment using the problem-solving principles from SPC and TQC.
Other duties as assigned.
Basic Hiring Criteria:
Nimble fingers and a knack for precision: you'll need excellent manual dexterity and the ability to interpret and construct from procedures and blueprints.
Previous soldering experience and familiarity with related tools will set you up for success.
Bonus points if you're trained or certified in IPC-A-610 standards.
Teamwork makes the dream work: you should thrive in a collaborative environment.
Adept at absorbing and implementing procedures and processes effectively.
Experience in electronics manufacturing is highly valued.
Strong communication skills are essential.
Computer literate, adept at handling programs like Windows, Excel, and Word.
