Job Title: Renovation Tech- Westminster
Job Description
Join our dynamic team to refurbish vacant apartments, working in pairs to bring new life to spaces.
This role involves basic plumbing tasks such as replacing faucets and shower heads, basic electrical work including ceiling fan installation, carpentry tasks like Installing baseboards and door casings, and drywall repair, including patching holes or replacing sections.
You'll rotate through job sites located in Santa Ana, Anaheim, and Orange.

- This is a fully on-site position in Westminster, California.
Work Environment
- This is a full-time, first shift position, Monday to Friday from 7:45 AM to 4:30 PM. Teams consist of two members focused on renovating vacant apartments.
