Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Bookkeeper in our property management business based in Westlake Village, California. This role is crucial to our business operations and involves a range of responsibilities linked to our financial record keeping.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all aspects of our bookkeeping using QuickBooks software.

• Ensure accurate and timely processing of accounts payable and accounts receivable.

• Perform account reconciliations on a regular basis.

• Execute bank reconciliations to maintain accurate financial records.

• Assist in performing month-end close procedures.

• Handle payroll functions in an accurate and timely manner.

• Leverage Microsoft Excel for data management and analysis.

• Act as a reliable point of contact for all bookkeeping related inquiries and issues. Requirements • Proficiency in Account Reconciliation is required.

• Must have experience with Accounts Payable (AP).

• Experience with Accounts Receivable (AR) is necessary.

• Familiarity with Bank Reconciliations is required.

• A strong understanding of Bookkeeping is essential.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is necessary.

• Must have experience with Month End Close procedures.

• Experience in Payroll processing is required.

• Must be proficient in QuickBooks software.
