This position involves the support of internal CRM (Salesforce) and it’s users. This individual is a business Subject Matter Expert and is responsible for assisting our internal customers with the application. This individual must apply communication and problem solving skills to guide and assist users when they have questions regarding the system. The Specialist acts as liaison with appropriate capability owners associated with their assigned system.

Key accountabilities and responsibilities include:

  • Support internal users with anything related to the CRM system. This includes creating reports, dashboards, answering questions when new capabilities are deployed, assist in problem solving.

  • Work with capability owners when bugs are found. Communicate and document the issue and assist with defining scope.

  • Participate in cross functional activity specific to assigned system

This position supports our internal CRM and associate internal applications. This individual is a business Subject Matter Expert and is responsible for serving as a representative for their assigned system, in various business meetings and associated projects. This individual must apply communication and problem solving skills to guide and assist user groups on issues related to the design, development, and deployment of CRM software critical to business operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Support internal users with Salesforce and other desktop applications (LMC, DISCO)

  • Understand business strategy, and support end users when new capabilities are deployed.

  • Participate in issue resolution with Capability Owners such as communicating issue, impact, how many users are impacting, etc.

  • Provide support on escalated items and drive resolution

  • Support issues and problems related to assigned system

  • Maintain ownership of user’s inquiries

  • Participate in cross functional activity specific to assigned system

  • Represent the Retail point of view on assigned projects - ensure Retail needs are accounted for

What you have

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2-3 years experience with Salesforce system

  • 3-5 years total experience

  • 4 year college degree

  • Understanding of Schwab policies and procedures and ability to identify compliance and regulatory concerns.

Required Qualifications

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate with all levels of management in a manner that is understandable to business units.

  • Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work through complex technical situations with the ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Securities industry knowledge and a strong understanding of Schwab internal policies and procedures (required).

  • Display professionalism and emotional intelligence across all settings.

  • Quick learner, adaptable to new situations and challenges.

  • Solve problems quickly and effectively while performing root cause analysis.

  • Military experience may be substituted in lieu of education and/or experience

In addition to the salary range, this role is eligible for bonus or incentive opportunities.
