JOB REQUIREMENTS: Title:National Accounts Customer Specialist, 1st Shift Req ID: 5055 City, State:Westfield, WI Reports to:Customer Service Supervisor Classification:Nonexempt #LI-Hybrid#LI-Onsite JOB DESCRIPTION Summary: The National Accounts Representative is a key contributor to company sales and profitability by providing critical support to national customers through strong partnerships with the National Accounts Sales team and multiple internal departments. (ex: Planning, Shipping, Quality Assurance and Transportation). This position navigates account logistics and relationships with efficiency, professionalism and in a manner that demonstrates Brakebush values and mission. Essential Functions: Provide a flawless customer experience through collaboration with internal teams on order logistics, inventory updates, and maintaining multiple customer portals with accuracy. Supports customer expectations by providing accurate information on deliveries and lead times. Maintain close, real-time dialog regarding orders, pricing, and inventory. Resolves customer concerns through troubleshooting with Production, Planning, and Quality Assurance. Manage RFP\'s, review contracts, complete exports and provide reporting such as sales, inventory, and accrual payments. Required Qualifications: Four years of proven internal sales, accounts management or advanced customer service experience OR two years internal experience as a Food Service Representative, Sales, Logistics, or related experience. Strong research skills to find essential information from internal and external resources. Customer facing skills to prioritize internal and external customer needs and provide prompt assistance in a courteous and calm demeanor. Thrives in a team environment though strong communication and collaboration skills. Ability to navigate internal relationships at all levels of the company. Strong organizational skills; attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving skills. Command of MS Office Suite: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in the Food or Manufacturing industries Knowledge of SAP, Blacksmith and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) Associate degree Supervisory Responsibility: No supervisory duties. Work Environment: The work environment is an office environment with standard temperatures and normal office noise levels. Remote work: After an initial training period, there may be opportunity to work from home. Physical Demands: This position would be primarily sitting with little to no lifting or other physical demands. Position Type: Non-exempt, 1st shift, this position may require you to stay late or come in early to complete a task.
