ManpowerGroup Manufacturing ERP Consultant in Westerville, Ohio
Title: Plex ERP Consultant
Location: Westerville Ohio (Onsite)
Duration: Permanent
Pay Rate : $120k - $140k
We are looking for a “ Manufacturing ERP Consultant “to join one of our Fortune 500 clients.
Must Have:
4+ years in the manufacturing industry; industry certifications a plus
Manufacturing or distribution integrated ERP systems including Plex and experience with others such as SAP, Oracle, Infor, Microsoft Dynamics, JD Edwards, etc.
Proven project management skills.
Relevant certifications such as Six Sigma and/or PMP certifications a plus. (Either a PM or a BA background)
Ability to travel approximately 50-75% of the time
Define and manage implementation project activities.
Adhere to deployment standards.
Manage project resources and schedules.
Consistently meet project goals on time and on budget
Effectively manage customer expectations and relationships
Assist customers in assessing and defining key business processes, policies, and procedures
Coordinate data conversion activities with internal and customer resources Oracle
Nice to Have:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work/school experience
Contribute technical and marketing related content to Partner marketing initiatives
Strong organizational, multi-tasking, time management, and prioritization skills
Proficient use of Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to read, write and speak English fluently
Enthusiastic and dedicated to the challenges of serving customers and helping other people
Ability to function collaboratively as part of a fast-paced, client oriented team
Ability to effectively facilitate meetings
Professional in communications, appearance, relationships, and responsiveness
Positive attitude
