Job Overview:
The Financial Analyst will generate standard and custom financial and demographic reports. They will verify data and maintain accurate system information.
Qualifications:
Required:
Bachelor s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field required,
Proficient in Microsoft Office with advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint
Demonstrated ability to understand financial reports and develop meaningful analysis
The ability to communicate and work effectively with a diverse group of business professionals at all levels of the organization, including management, physicians, support staff, patients, and customers
Attention to detail
Maintaining strict confidentiality of files and reports
Preferred:
1-3 years of experience working as a financial or business analyst preferred
Prior healthcare industry experience is preferred,
Prior experience training physicians and office staff on EHR or PM systems is a plus,
Previous healthcare/budgeting experience is highly preferred,

Essential Functions:
Calculating physician compensation and reconciling to payments made,
Regular and ad-hoc reporting of statistical and revenue financial information
Development of new reports of modification of existing reports to support client needs
Trend identification and impact analysis
Participation in business meeting presentation preparation and delivery to leadership
Assistance in client consultation regarding key financial indicators
Assistance in periodic financial planning and forecasting
Reporting Generation and Distribution to Senior Management
Working with all revenue cycle reporting systems to build reports,
Discreet handling of confidential information
Any other duties as assigned
