TEKsystems Senior Solutions Engineer, Business Technology in West Hollywood, California

Description:

As a Sr. Solutions Engineer for Match Group, you will work closely with core departments, executives, and Match Group Business Technology teams across multiple sites. This person will exemplify strong troubleshooting and communication skills. The ideal candidate is as comfortable in the trenches resolving complex end-user issues as they are with leading projects and implementing complex solutions that impact the entire organization. You will need to be intimately familiar with ] the various SAAS apps owned by our team, such as Jira, Jamf, Okta, and Google Workspace, with an emphasis on Atlassian Jira Service Management administration (Configuration, Automations, Workflows, etc.) and scripting. Because this position will be a combination of support/administrative and project-related work, the ability to work independently and prioritize work and time appropriately will be crucial to the role. Experience as a technical lead on projects from inception to completion is a must. What you'll do: ● Own key portions of our Atlassian cloud environment, including setup and management of workflows, automations, sites, projects, etc. within Jira, JSM, and Confluence. ● Lead efforts to refine processes through scripting and other automation tools ● Assist with administration of our complex Okta environment (experience with Org2Org is a plus) ● Act as technical lead on projects impacting the entire organization ● Be a point of contact for various SAAS applications owned and managed by the team (Google Workspace, Slack, Jamf, etc.) ● Effectively and efficiently communicate project and task status to Business Technology management, as well as set expectations for work completion ● Provide end user technical support and troubleshooting on escalated issues ● Act as a mentor to more junior members of the team ● Identify where improvements to systems, infrastructure, automation, and workflows are needed What you’ll be working with: ● Jamf ● Okta ● Google Workspace (Mail, Calendar, Drive Administration) ● Slack Enterprise Grid ● Jira Service Management ● Workspace One (Mobile Device Management) ● Workflow configuration tools (Okta, BetterCloud, Sailpoint, etc) Required Skills: ● Jamf Engineering & Administration ● Okta Administration (Org2Org, SAML, Okta Workflows) ● Google Workspace Administration ● Strong problem solving skills ● An eye for finding areas to improve and implement process ● Demonstrated history of project management ● Strong and confident communication across departments and all levels of management ● Familiarity with provisioning tools like Jamf, and workflow tools like Better Cloud ● Ability to coach and mentor team members Required Experience: ● 5+ years corporate experience with Jamf ● 3+ years corporate experience with Okta/IAM ● 3+ years corporate experience with Google Workspace ● 3+ years project management experience ● 7+ years corporate experience in technical support
