Do you have great customer service experience? If you have previous call center experience, this could be the perfect role for you! Randstad is seeking Customer Support Representative to join this growing team. If you are looking to get your foot in the door with a major financial institution in West Des Moines, please review and today! Handling 120+ inbound and outbound calls per day
"Warm" lead generation (Confirming customers' interest in their refinance or home mortgage application)
Assisting Home Mortgage Consultants
Validating customer information, gathering additional information and interest on products and services
