Aerotek Production Operator in Webster City, Iowa
Job Description
As a Production Operator, you will manage product operations to maintain production targets and efficiency. You will monitor process parameters, handle chemicals, perform preventive maintenance, and ensure quality control by delivering samples for testing. Safety compliance, especially with hazardous materials and high-temperature equipment, is crucial. Experience in refinery operations, process monitoring, material handling, and maintenance is required.
Essential Skills
Machine Operation: Operate and monitor machinery to ensure smooth and efficient production processes.
Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections and tests to ensure products meet quality standards and specifications.
Mechanical Aptitude: Utilize mechanical skills to understand and operate complex machinery and equipment.
Troubleshooting: Diagnose and fix mechanical and operational problems to keep the production line running smoothly.
Forklift Operation: Safely operate forklifts to transport materials and products within the facility.
Production Tasks: Perform various tasks related to the production process, including setup, operation, and cleanup.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Computer proficiency
Ability to routinely lift 75 lbs
Valid driver's license with reliable transportation

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
