Church Street Depot LLC Counter Attendant in Waynesville, North Carolina
We are seeking a dedicated staff member to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving food and beverages, and maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards. The ideal candidate has a positive attitude, is passionate about the food and beverage industry, enjoys working with people and is committed to providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following: Greet customers when they arrive and provide them with information about Church Street Depot and outstanding customer service Take customer orders accurately and efficiently Prepare and serve food and beverages in accordance with company standards Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and kitchen Follow all health and safety regulations Handle cash and card transactions, ensuring charges are accurate and returning correct change to patrons Stock service areas with necessary supplies in accordance with company standards Communicate customer feedback to managers and recommend new menu items Qualifications Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Basic math skills for handling cash Ability to stand, walk, and carry heavy items for extended periods High school diploma or equivalent preferred Food Handlers certificate a plus but not required Benefits Flexible schedule Employee discounts Opportunities for growth and advancement Paid training Additional Information Job Title: Church Street Depot Restaurant Employee Work Environment: Fast-paced food service setting Reporting Structure: Reports to Church Street Depot Manager or Shift Supervisor Salary: Salary is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
