ManpowerGroup Quality and Compliance Specialist (Contract) in Wayne, New Jersey

Our client, a leading organization in the medical device industry, is seeking a Quality and Compliance Specialist (Contract) to join their team. As a Quality and Compliance Specialist, you will be part of the Quality and Compliance department supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, effective communication abilities, and a detail-oriented mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Quality and Compliance Specialist (Contract)

Location: Wayne, NJ

Pay Range: $45-$49/Hourly

What's the Job?

  • Collaborate effectively with all Business Areas across the organization and serve as a subject matter expert for the U.S. Field Action process.

  • Monitor and report on initiated field actions, ensuring compliance with global regulations and timelines.

  • Work with internal teams to gather data and ensure accurate tracking and documentation of field actions.

  • Prepare and submit required ongoing reporting to global regulatory authorities and internal stakeholders.

  • Participate in process improvement activities for the Execution efforts for the U.S. Field Actions team.

What's Needed?

  • A Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or technical discipline or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience with medical devices or pharmaceuticals in a Quality, Regulatory Affairs, or Regulatory Compliance role.

  • Working knowledge of FDA and international regulations.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, Sharepoint, Powerpoint).

  • Effective research and analytical skills with a high degree of accuracy.
