Our client, a leading organization in the medical device industry, is seeking a Quality and Compliance Specialist (Contract) to join their team. As a Quality and Compliance Specialist, you will be part of the Quality and Compliance department supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, effective communication abilities, and a detail-oriented mindset which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Quality and Compliance Specialist (Contract)
Location: Wayne, NJ
Pay Range: $45-$49/Hourly
What's the Job?
Collaborate effectively with all Business Areas across the organization and serve as a subject matter expert for the U.S. Field Action process.
Monitor and report on initiated field actions, ensuring compliance with global regulations and timelines.
Work with internal teams to gather data and ensure accurate tracking and documentation of field actions.
Prepare and submit required ongoing reporting to global regulatory authorities and internal stakeholders.
Participate in process improvement activities for the Execution efforts for the U.S. Field Actions team.
What's Needed?
A Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or technical discipline or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
A minimum of 3 years of experience with medical devices or pharmaceuticals in a Quality, Regulatory Affairs, or Regulatory Compliance role.
Working knowledge of FDA and international regulations.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, Sharepoint, Powerpoint).
Effective research and analytical skills with a high degree of accuracy.
