Job Title: Concrete Finisher

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Concrete Finisher to join our growing team. This role involves setting forms, pouring concrete, finishing, stripping, and completing concrete flatwork projects such as sidewalks, patios, and driveways. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in concrete finishing and the ability to effectively communicate with project managers.

Responsibilities

  • Meet at the shop daily and travel to job sites with the crew.

  • Set forms, pour concrete, and ensure a high-quality finish.

  • Strip forms and complete the concrete project.

  • Perform concrete flatwork including sidewalks, patios, and driveways.

  • Communicate effectively with project managers to ensure project success.

Essential Skills

  • Experience in concrete finishing and flatwork.

  • Proficiency in using hand and power tools related to concrete work.

  • Strong leadership skills to lead and manage a team.

  • Ability to perform trowel finishes on concrete.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • ACI certification is a plus.

  • Experience with decorative finishes is an advantage.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of NA, Michigan.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $30.00/hr.
