Job Title: General Production Assembly
Job Description
Seeking a dedicated 1st shift assembler to join our team. The role involves using hand tools and power tools to assemble vinyl and plastic shutters, ensuring accuracy with the use of a tape measure. Responsibilities also include general labor duties such as lifting shutter components (up to 25 pounds), operating an automatic screw gun, and maintaining a clean workspace by sweeping and dusting. Teamwork is essential, as heavier items require buddy lifting in teams of 3-6. The position also involves palletizing orders.

Work Environment
The work takes place in a large, well-lit, and climate-controlled facility with multiple assembly lines. Approximately 50 to 60 employees work in this clean environment. Work hours are Monday to Thursday from 5 am to 3:30 pm, with potential half-day shifts on Fridays during the summer, depending on workloads. Overtime opportunities are available on Fridays during the spring and summer seasons.
