How you will succeed:
Be an expert in the reviewing of timesheets, work charts, wage computation, and other information to detect and reconcile payroll discrepancies.
Process paperwork for new employees and enter employee information into the payroll system.
Compute salaries, wages, bonuses, deductions, and net pay.
Record employee information, such as exemptions, transfers, and resignations, to maintain and update payroll records and ensure that all employees are appropriately classified.
Be able to manage and process more than 20+ payrolls on a weekly basis for clients.
Provide high-quality customer service by helping clients prioritize their needs and ensuring you solve their problems promptly
Education and Experience
High school diploma or equivalent.
Must have at least 2 years of payroll process experience.
Basic knowledge of payroll tax principles and wage and hours laws is preferred but not required.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to analyze and resolve problems.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.

Pay Range: $19-$21/hr
Expected Hours of Work:
This is a full-time Onsite position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM EST. Overtime and weekends may be required during necessary critical periods to meet deadlines or when Doyle HCM is dealing with unpredictable increases in workload.
