Responsibilities:

In this pivotal role within our healthcare ecosystem, you'll act as the vital link between patients, providers, and administrative teams. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Scheduling Appointments and Procedures: Accurately and efficiently scheduling patient appointments and procedures, ensuring optimal utilization of resources and timely access to care.

  • Collaborating with Stakeholders: Working closely with patients, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate schedules, address any scheduling conflicts, and ensure smooth patient flow.

  • Exceptional Customer Service: Providing excellent customer service to patients by addressing inquiries, resolving scheduling issues, and ensuring a positive experience throughout their interaction with the scheduling process.

  • Privacy and Confidentiality: Adhering to privacy and confidentiality regulations in handling patient information, ensuring the security and confidentiality of patient records at all times.

  • Training and Development: As part of our team, you'll have access to ongoing training and development opportunities designed to enhance your skills and expand your knowledge of healthcare administration.

Qualifications:

  • Medical Experience: At least 1 year of previous experience in a healthcare setting.

  • Customer-Centric Attitude: A genuine desire to help others, coupled with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

  • Computer Proficiency: Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office applications and electronic scheduling systems, enabling efficient communication, documentation, and navigation of digital platforms.

  • Phone Skills: Ability to efficiently operate multiline phone systems, managing multiple calls simultaneously while maintaining professionalism and providing quality service.

  • Adaptability: The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, multitasking effectively while maintaining attention to detail and professionalism.

  • Team Player Mentality: A collaborative spirit and the ability to work effectively as part of a team, contributing to a positive and supportive work culture.

Remote Work Potential:

Following the initial orientation period, there's the possibility of transitioning to remote work, providing flexibility and enhancing work-life balance.
