WHAT WE OFFER Health insurance (medical, dental, vision) Employee product discount PTO & paid holidays 401(k) with company match Profit-sharing Education reimbursement & professional development Employee assistance program A safe, respectful, and inclusive work culture ABOUT THE JOB Bachelor\'s degree in engineering is required Teach, coach, train Lean systems and Lean Thinking across all levels of the organization Track, monitor and report results for key lean initiatives across the organization Assess, coach and provide constructive feedback to teams to strengthen lean competencies and organizational development Serve as a change manager by influencing organizational leadership in the transformation to an Operational Excellence culture Identify opportunities within site and departmental processes and mentor to apply best practices and execute change that links improvement to the Strategic initiatives Utilize data and KPIs to identify priorities and ensure goals are achieved Facilitate training sessions that will optimize processes, practices, and influence the thinking regarding Problem Solving Evaluate site and departments through the Maturity Matrix as a part of the assessment team.
