Job Description
The Retail Marketing Specialist’s key responsibilities will be to lead key initiatives for the Retail Marketing Team. This person will have the opportunity to lead a wide range of Retail Marketing projects including, but not limited to, Retail Campaigns, Programs, Local Events, and Digital Marketing efforts.
The ideal candidate will provide incredible hospitality, as well as excellent customer service to both internal and external customers.
Responsibilities
Leads the execution of retail campaigns, programs, and local events
Works with the Digital Marketing Team in the development and execution of strategy in support of retail marketing projects
Works with district managers and store managers on the planning and execution of local marketing initiatives
Drive enrollment and participation in marketing programs
Integrate marketing programs with other retail marketing initiatives, including campaigns, promotions and product launches
Requirements

Experience
5+ years of Marketing Experience, Preference in retail marketing experience
Cycling experience and interest preferred
Experience in digital marketing including digital marketing strategy, email marketing, SMS, and paid ads preferred
Experience in developing strategy for and execution of marketing programs and campaigns
