WAREHOUSE REPRESENTATIVE (CORPORATE) - SHREVEPORT, LA
Industrial Electronic Supply (IES) has afull-timeopportunity for awarehouse representativeat our corporate office in Shreveport, Louisiana.

EXPERIENCE, SKILLS and REQUIREMENTS
- Warehouse / Shipping and Receiving experience
- Physical capability to move a minimum of 25 pounds
- Ability to understand and follow verbal and/or written instructions
- Basic computer skills + Microsoft Office knowledge
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Effective time management and organizational skills, and the ability to adapt as necessary
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Ability to communicate clearly - both verbally and in writing
- Drug screen and pre-employment aptitude tests are required
- Valid driver's license and good driving record
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Receive shipments
- Place items received into designated locations in the warehouse or deliver them to the appropriate recipient
- Pull and confirm the accuracy of customer orders
- Prepare orders for shipment and/or load and deliver items on the company panel truck
- Maintain a tidy / safe work area
- Other duties as assigned or required
PHYSICAL DEMANDS and WORK ENVIRONMENT
- Lift up to 50 lbs from the ground and pull 50 lbs of force
- Safely operate material handling equipment including forklift
- Climb and work from ladders
- Fully squat, stoop, kneel or reach for extended periods of time
- Stand for long periods of time while performing repetitive actions
- The warehouse environment can involve exposure to dirt, dust, grease, noise, heat, and cold
