As a Business Ethics Manager Europe , there is an opportunity to make a significant impact by:

  • overseeing the development and implementation of the local/regional business ethics compliance program;

  • providing daily support on business ethics issues;

  • supporting the Compliance Officer EMEA on governance (e.g. by participating or supporting selected Compliance Committees in the relevant region) and with regional projects such as the Compliance Management Framework roll-out;

  • assisting local leaders across all Business Areas in adapting global policies and processes and to make changes required to comply with local legislation;

  • escalating cases of misconduct in the local markets.

    What you’ll need

  • A track record in multinational, matrix organizations in playing similar role (min. 3 years) in life science industry.

  • Authentic governance leader ability and excellent communication skills, with an emphasis on influence, building relationships, inspiring, and coaching indirect teams and different business partners.

  • Ability to self start and self-motivate under very limited supervision. Strong and independent planning, organization, delegation, problem solving, and decision-making.

  • Native level of at least one Central Eastern European language and fluent in English.
