As a Business Ethics Manager Europe , there is an opportunity to make a significant impact by:
overseeing the development and implementation of the local/regional business ethics compliance program;
providing daily support on business ethics issues;
supporting the Compliance Officer EMEA on governance (e.g. by participating or supporting selected Compliance Committees in the relevant region) and with regional projects such as the Compliance Management Framework roll-out;
assisting local leaders across all Business Areas in adapting global policies and processes and to make changes required to comply with local legislation;
escalating cases of misconduct in the local markets.
What you’ll need
A track record in multinational, matrix organizations in playing similar role (min. 3 years) in life science industry.
Authentic governance leader ability and excellent communication skills, with an emphasis on influence, building relationships, inspiring, and coaching indirect teams and different business partners.
Ability to self start and self-motivate under very limited supervision. Strong and independent planning, organization, delegation, problem solving, and decision-making.
Native level of at least one Central Eastern European language and fluent in English.
