The position is part of 3-person team of International FP&A CoE. It expects to contribute to vision of standardization, centralization and automation of operational activities. Conduct financial reporting, analysis and operational work for embecta International Region
Responsibilities:
Provide various financial reports through system data
Build financial models, templates for financial planning and forecast processes
Perform labor cost planning and forecast using workforce planning tool and cost center planning tool
Provide analytical insight on expenses trend and variance analysis
Upload data into system for planning and forecasting scenarios
Collaborate closely with regional analysts to optimize process and improve efficiency
Work closely with regional commercial finance team and controllers on month-end closing process
Skills:
3-5 years of experience in financial analysis and planning
Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (finance, economics, engineering or similar), Master’s degree is preferred
Previous experience in report and dashboard generation is a plus
Knowledge in advanced Excel functions (macros, PowerQuery) or Python (Numpy, Pandas) is a plus
