For our East Europe organization, we are looking for an Electronics Solution Manager – HVAC to drive sales through deep technical expertise. HVAC requires reliable products and solutions that minimize costs and maximize the comfort and efficiency or work and living spaces. Reporting to the Electronics Sales Director in Belluno – Italy, you will be a key liaison between sales, product management and technical teams; in this role you will be supporting our sales organization with the technical knowledge and tools necessary to effectively communicate our electronics solutions to customers. Involves technical understanding, sales support and customer engagement capabilities. You will be responsible for driving customer acceptance, enabling control sales, and build a growing network of happy, referenceable customers for our solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary technical point of contact for the sales team, providing guidance on our electronics solutions.

  • Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to translate customer needs into product requirements and market needs.

  • Work closely with customers to understand their technical requirements and recommend suitable electronic solutions.

  • Assist in developing sales strategies and messaging for electronic products, highlighting key features and benefits.

  • Support pre-sales activities by participating in customer meetings, providing technical demonstrations, and answering technical questions.

  • Stay updated with internal developments, industry trends and emerging technologies in electronics to advise the sales team.

  • Conduct training sessions for the sales force to enhance their understanding of electronic products and solutions.

  • Gather feedback from the sales team and customers to continuously improve sales enablement materials and strategies.

  • Maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

Re qu ir e d q ua li f i c a t i on s a n d e xpe ri en c e :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Mechatronics Engineering or a related field

  • +3 years experience preferably in the HVACR industry

  • Expertise and knowledge of electronic controls

  • Expertise and knowledge of HVACR components, applications and systems is required

  • Customer-oriented, interpersonal and execution skills

  • Ability to understand and communicate complex technical concepts.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to effectively convey technical information to non-technical audiences.

  • Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce is a plus.

  • Experience in creating sales enablement materials such as presentations, datasheets and product guides is a plus.

  • Fluent in Polish and in English, German language is a plus.
