Maintenance Technician (Part-Time)
Duties to include:
-Assess and prioritize all maintenance work to be performed on assigned site -Maintain inventory of equipment, tools, supplies, and work materials -Complete daily work schedules for routine maintenance duties -Complete maintenance work orders as assigned -Ensure quality of work duties performed -Maintain a working knowledge of all utility sources and supply lines -Perform necessary maintenance relating to both the exterior and interiors of the building and property -Perform all phases of snow removal from all needed areas and maintains all appropriate equipment -General maintenance experience to include painting, drywall, plumbing, electrical, mowing, plowing, etc. -Maintain a professional and courteous manner with all residents, vendors, contractors, and fellow employees -Special projects and other responsibilities as may be determined

Pay is $17.00 - $18.00/hour, negotiable, depending on skills and experience.
