What You Can Expect
The Human Resources (HR) Intern will have the opportunity to immerse themselves in a dynamic professional environment, gaining valuable hands-on experience with a range of HR skillsets. Through meaningful project work and administrative support, interns will develop a deeper understanding of key HR competencies while actively contributing to the department’s initiatives. Additionally, this internship program offers insight into the organization’s philosophies and culture, bridging the gap between academic learning and real-world professional practice.
The intern program will offer you the unique opportunity to learn HR from the ground up and will provide experience and develop competencies within one of the following areas:
Labor and HR Strategy
HR Data and Analytics
Policy/process management and documentation
Influencing leadership and decision making
HR project management
Company and function dynamics
How You'll Create Impact
Create a robust HR roadmap to illustrate the strategic initiatives and processes across all functions for alignment and milestone management
Analyze data to identify emerging trends and craft compelling narratives around key focus areas, including but not limited to employee turnover, referrals, internal job movements or promotions, and team development
Shephard existing talent policies and processes across functions and document standard operating procedures where needed
Support the development of a strategic labor plan in part by collaborating with Engineering leaders to optimize LinkedIn Learning modules for employee growth and development
Assist with the management of our Finance Development Program

Your Background
Must be enrolled in a program of study at an accredited college or university
Working towards Bachelor’s degree with emphasis in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Organizational Behavior, Organizational Development, Legal or other HR related field
Must possess an unrestricted right to work in the United States
GPA minimum: 3.2 on a 4.0-point scale
Travel Expectations
- Up to 10% domestic travel.
