Job Title: Accounts Receivable AssistantJob Description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for answering customer service calls, managing accounts receivable tasks, handling administrative duties, and ensuring accurate technician time verification. This role requires excellent communication skills, proficiency in various software systems, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Answer phones, address customer service requests, alleviate concerns, and direct calls to the appropriate point of contact.

  • Perform accounts receivable tasks, including downloading and emailing invoices, following up on payments, resolving conflicts, and contacting customers to discuss past due invoices.

  • Research invoices and investigate service ticketing history.

  • Receive and label packages.

  • Verify technician time on Mondays to ensure accuracy.

  • Create warranty part orders.

  • Handle basic administrative duties.

  • Communicate effectively with supervisors, managers, and technicians.

  • Utilize ERM system (Alliance) and payroll systems (ADP, transitioning to Workday).

  • Use Excel and MS Teams frequently.

  • File documents electronically.

Work Environment

This role is in-office five days a week, from 8 AM to 5 PM. The office is located at 740 Merritt Capital Drive, Wake Forest, NC.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
