We are looking for candidates with management experience in the retail, salon, or service industries. Discounts on products and services. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Supervise Operations during your shift. Work with staff during your shift to train and develop associates to their level. Follow company policies. Meet attendance, punctuality, and required work guidelines. Take an active role in daily business driving, with consistent presence on the retail and salon floors.
Complete and submit all required operating reports, forms, and projects on time and with accuracy. Assist in attracting, developing, and retaining talent to achieve goals related to staffing. Support the General Manager in achieving weekly, monthly, and annual revenue budgets related to salon and spa and retail. Work with all team members to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated record of punctuality, attendance, teamwork, and ability to follow company policies.
