• Lead, manage, and build Network Architecture team with hands-on leadership approach to implement best practices and in public cloud

• Lead and collaborate with multiple teams across Deltek working on modernizing software and service delivery in a fast-paced, complex environment

• Partner with Engineering, Architecture and Infrastructure teams to ensure end-to-end solution delivery in adherence to industry best practices

• Partner with Senior Leaders across Cloud and Engineering to drive innovations and operational efficiencies

• Work closely with the security team and defined processes and procedure  to ensure adherence to highest network standards

• Manage the plan, actuals, issues and risks associated with a rapidly expanding network

• Manage vendor relations and drive roadmap to achieve Deltek’s network architecture requirements

• Manage technology mergers & acquisitions and provide necessary advice working closely with all stakeholders

Work Location:India-RemoteQualifications:

• BS in Computer Science, IT, Business or equivalent

• Deep understanding of cloud providers, preferably AWS and Azure

• The ideal candidate will have 15-20 years of related experience Network Architecture, and direct experience implementing complex network solutions in Public and Private Cloud environments

• Solid understanding of network concepts, including but not limited to, SSL VPN, Layer3-7 firewalls, DDoS, CDN and Load Balancers

• Significant experience in deploying and troubleshooting highly secure, large scale, complex networks

• Hands on experience defining SOC control narratives around network security and network access management

• A thorough understanding of enterprise scale network designs and network operations

• Strong analytical, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills are necessary due to the dynamic nature of position, interaction with customers, vendors, and other engineering teams in solving complex system problems together

• Leverage technical leadership ability to foster a culture of collaboration to drive innovation and promote cloud best practices across highly skilled teams

• Demonstrated leadership skills working with geographically diverse teams

• Firsthand experience supporting and resolving critical network issues

• Strong attention to detail is required to ensure effective planning, implementation, and execution
